DIV I\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 –\u00a0 Indian GAAP Financial Statements<\/p>\n

DIV II\u00a0\u00a0 –\u00a0 Ind AS Financial Statements<\/p>\n

DIV III\u00a0 –\u00a0 Financial Statements for NBFC\u2019s<\/p>\n

These amendments are applicable with effect from 1st April 2021. However, one should take note that the company needs to show comparatives figure for the financial year 2020-21(previous year figures) in the financial statements of 2021-22. Therefore, impact of the additional disclosure needs to be assessed with effect from financial year 2020-2021 itself.<\/p>\n
